Biography
Greetings and blessings to you. My name is Ray Carbullido and I have a deep interest in creativity, artistry, the human experience, and human capacities.
The most definitive thing in my life is my martial arts training. My first exposure to martial arts training was when I was seven (1981). My formal training began in 1993. In 1998, my teacher gifted me a school. I was 23 years old at the time and have been teaching since. The progression of my martial arts path was swordsmanship, Aikijujutsu, Ninjutsu, and Bagua. These paths opened up to meditation, healing, spiritual, and shamanic practices. Over the decades, these pathways have intertwined and supported each other and have exposed me to things beyond my wildest imagination.
My journey as an artist began in university where my interest was in architecture and engineering. I, ultimately, graduated with a degree in Communications and stepped into the role of creative director. Shortly after, I started my own creative consulting firm and led that venture for 10 years.
Another key element in my journey is that I had 3 near death experiences by the age of 27. Each experience gave me insights and perspectives to myself and life.
All my paths and practices now converge and continue through my offerings of art and training. With a humble and sincere heart, I offer all that I am and all that I have to bring about the highest forms of vitality and well-being.
