The Link Between Well-Being, Martial Arts, & Spirituality

May 25 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

$25.00

Do you know that you do not need to be a martial artist or even be interested in martial arts to benefit from it? There is a common misconception that martial arts is all about fighting and violence. This is not the case. In fact, the true spirit of martial arts is something that is key to your well-being and connection to all that you are a part of.

In this 1.5 hour online workshop, I will illuminate and share the true spirit of martial arts and show you how it is very relevant and useful to you and modern day living. You will experience for yourself the spirit the links well-being, martial arts, and spirituality through a series of simple activities. By the end of this online workshop you will, at the very least, have a reference for this spirit that I am referring to that you can use on your self cultivation journey.

You do NOT have to be a martial artist or even be interested in martial arts to benefit from this offering. To fully participate in this event, have the following available to you: a stick (at least 24 inches), a butter knife (or any other dull knife), and a kitchen knife (or any other sharp knife). Please be careful with all of these items.

The inspiration for this event is my own self cultivation journey. What started out as a desire to have something to lean on during the tough times in my life led me to martial arts and has grown to be all the well-being and self cultivation offerings that I now share.

You will receive an email with the Zoom link upon completion of registration. If you are attending as a group, each person in attendance must register for the event.

This online event will be held on Saturday, May 25th from 10am – 11:30am Hawaii Standard Time (HST). Please be sure to properly align the event time with your time zone.
